Tomorrow’s Authors

Russell Proctor is a fellow writer, who I happened upon in a Fantasy Writer’s Support Group on Facebook. He had posted about an interview series he posts, Tomorrow’s Authors, and I took a great interest in it after reading a few of the interviews by other writers on there. He focuses on showcasing new/unpublished fantasy writers, and asks their thoughts on the fantasy genre.

Essay Fiesta

Essay Fiesta is the first Live-Lit event I submitted to, having been familiar with it’s hosting book store, the Book Cellar, here in Chicago. I first read Quasi Moe-Toes on May 18th, 2015 and was invited back again in September 19th, 2016, where I read To Touch the Sun. Essay Fiesta is a free event here in Chicago, which accepts and encourages donations to 826 Chi. 826 Chi is a program that creates writing workshops and tutoring for kids ages 6 to 18, publishing the kids’ writing in awesome little books. Essay Fiesta is hosted by Willy Nast and Karen
